WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAPING A SHORT VIDEO OF OPENING ALL ORDERS IN CASE THAT HAPPENS. IN THE VIDEO START BY TAPING THE FULL SHIPPING LABEL FOR 5-10 SECONDS. PLEASE TURN THE BOX OVER ON ALL SIDES. THEN OPEN THE PRODUCT AND PLACE THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE ON A FLAT SURFACE WITH THE BOX AND LABEL VISIBLE. UNFORTUNATELY, DUE TO MANY CASES OF FRAUD, WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND EVERY CUSTOMER HAS TO READ THESE RULES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER AT CHECKOUT, SO EVERYONE THAT PLACES AN ORDER HAS ALREADY STATED THEY HAVE READ OUR REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICIES.
